The south-facing house for let is 200 m2 plus landscaped garden (with a table and seating for 6) and has 3 bedrooms (1 king-size, 1 double and 1 twin). There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and a large lounge / dining room with comfortable seating, wood burning stove, a TV and a desk with computer and free ADSL broadband internet access.

The self-catering rental accommodation in Languedoc Roussillon is hung with original paintings by 3 talented local artists.

The bathroom has a large corner bath with shower and there are two WCs.

The furnished house to let in Aude is available for one month rentals or long-term lets throughout the year and is about an hour from both the Mediterranean coast for summer holidays and several ski slopes for winter holidays.

Aude holiday attractions

Quillan in Aude, Languedoc Roussillon is 5 minutes drive away and has several restaurants, a cinema, theatre, outdoor swimming pool, white water rafting and climbing. For local French produce there are also 2 supermarkets and a street market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Quillan is also on both a train and bus route, connecting it to Limoux, Carcassonne and Perpignan in Languedoc Roussillon and from there to the rest of France.

Aude is a department with many delights for the holiday maker - there are miles of beaches along the Medittarenean coast and several large lakes nearby for summer holidays. For winter holidays we are only an hours drive from several ski resorts.

There are a range of restaurants to choose from and a great range of sporting events including horse riding, white water rafting, lake and river swimming, walking holidays and more, as well as museums, castles and caves to be explored.

Children are welcome, with a cot, high chair and plastic utensils available on request.  Well behaved animals are also welcome, the garden is safe for dogs and there are wonderful walks on the doorstep of the self-catering house for rent in Languedoc.
